I WANT ONE. HOW DO I PAY?

When you've sent us a complete spec list of what you want, we will send you a PayPal or Stripe link for the deposit.

As the build progresses, all future payments will also be through PayPal or Stripe.

For Mexican residents, domestic wire transfers and MSI. Facturas are available as well.

DO YOU DO PAYMENT TERMS?

We do. All custom builds require a 30% (of their total value) deposit to begin manufacturing, and the remaining balance is then cleared in two additional payments as milestones are reached: full body completion, and finished product ready for shipping.

We can agree to different terms for subsequent payments to accommodate to your needs. The instrument is shipped when all remaining balances are cleared.

Buying an in-stock instrument requires full payment of the instrument. We do not offer payment terms for in-stock instruments at this moment.

WHAT WOODS AND FINISH CAN I CHOOSE FOR MY BUILD?

For our TEOTL SERIES, we offer the choice of exotic woods such as Walnut (and various walnut variants such as burl, claro, black), figured Maple and figured roasted Maple, Cocobolo, Ziricote, Mexican Rosewood, Purple Heart, Macassar Ebony, Pale Moon Ebony, figured Maples, figured Myrtle, Poplar burls, Buckeye burls, and synthetics such as Richlite. All our exotic wood options are 4A or above grade. In the ORDER YOURS section you will see what we usually stock, but if you do not see an option just ask for it in the Message section and we will get back to you to let you know if we have it and what it will cost.

Our base price includes a matte nitro finish, but we also offer gloss finishes as an upcharge. Chameleon/Colorshift paints are also available, as well as bursts, fades, multi-color stains, etc.

For our FUTURXS SERIES, limited wood options are available. You can opt for a hard ash body and figured maple necks.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Worldwide. Shipping costs and lengths vary by country, overall weight of the finished build, and depending on the woods used in your build there might be CITES restrictions (although musical instruments usually get exemptions). We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your country's import and customs requirements with regards to exotic woods prior to ordering.

HYPOTHETICALLY SPEAKING, COULD I RETURN MY INSTRUMENT?

Sure! We offer a 30 day return period for your instrument. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and the 30% down payment is non-refundable as it will be considered the restocking fee. Once we have the instrument in our possession, we will return your amount minus the deposit within 10 business days.

DO YOU SPONSOR ARTISTS?

Yes we do! We are too small to offer free instrument  endorsements, but have a variety of discount options available for artists that match with our brand identity. If you have an Electronic Press Kit ready, send that to sales.xologuitars@gmail.com
